After all, his prior vengeance has never been outlined clearly. Elliot has heard it all, but the answer was merely "whatever it takes", "whatever has to be done", things like that. In the course of revenge plots, that could be anything from simply getting them arrested and tried for the crime all the way to the burning of an entire city just for one man. Revenge is never pretty, even if the consequence laid out is pretty lax.
But no. Sesa doesn't just seek revenge. He seeks suffering, equal or perhaps greater than what Mizuki had to endure. However twisted it is, something deep in Elliot says finally, the fires of his rage have been ignited. Perhaps he really will kill a man after all. Still...]

[Elliot is right. Sesa's typical search for answers does not involve revenge for the sake of it, and certainly not suffering for its sake either. His terms have always been vague, because he struggles to admit to himself that he could possibly have those types of tendencies laying dormant within him.

Here, I wonder if the Forest is quite as strong as something like Sui was said to be. I sincerely doubt it. Given that we've been able to stand up to it thus far without getting eradicated, I wager that it's perfectly killable, like any mortal thing should be.

It isn't as strong, but it seems to be capable of behaving in unpredictable ways. If I were to retaliate...what if it simply turned to targeting those I care about?
I mean this respectfully, Sesa, but it already has. It previously possessed Elsword. It has Vash in its clutches and took his brother from him, and Beat did not fare well either. It attacked those from Earthbread, and has seen fit to torment all of us day in and day out. I dare say this is another building block for its misery.
[Sesa makes a low, frustrated sound. Elliot is right, of course. It's already been done, at this point. He can think of nothing worse the Creature could do to him now, save for taking Elliot himself.
